Det fremg\u00e5r af K\u00f8benhavns Kommunes nye boligredeg\u00f8relse, som netop er offentliggjort.<\/p>\n<p>If\u00f8lge redeg\u00f8relsen forventes byen at f\u00e5 op mod 113.000 flere indbyggere frem mod 2060. Det betyder, at der skal bygges cirka 77.000 nye boliger for at f\u00f8lge med eftersp\u00f8rgslen.<\/p>\n<h3>Flere sm\u00e5 boliger \u2013 og f\u00e6rre regler<\/h3>\n<p>Redeg\u00f8relsen viser samtidig, at det is\u00e6r er mindre og mellemstore boliger, der vil blive efterspurgt i de kommende \u00e5r. Det h\u00e6nger sammen med, at v\u00e6ksten i befolkningen prim\u00e6rt forventes blandt enlige og par uden b\u00f8rn.<\/p>\n<p>Derfor opfordrer EjendomDanmark til at afskaffe de eksisterende regler for minimumsst\u00f8rrelser, som organisationen mener st\u00e5r i vejen for at opf\u00f8re de boligtyper, k\u00f8benhavnerne eftersp\u00f8rger.<\/p>\n<h3>St\u00f8rre fokus p\u00e5 at udnytte eksisterende bygninger<\/h3>\n<p>EjendomDanmark peger desuden p\u00e5, at der allerede findes et stort uudnyttet potentiale i den eksisterende bygningsmasse.
